A. No. There is no need to change your number, provided that you are staying at the same address.
Q. What if I need new lines installed?
A. No problem! CommsFM will manage your new line requirements, working with BT Wholesale and Openreach to make sure you get exactly what you need.
Q. What if I have faults with my lines?
A. We hope that you never experience any faults on your lines. However, if a fault were to occur, you’d contact one of our service management team, who would run fault diagnostics tests over the telephone. If the fault can’t be resolved over the telephone, we’d arrange for a BT Openreach engineer to visit your premises, keeping you informed at every stage.
